  • To initiate the design process, I first meet clients in their space. Together, we navigate programming, pre-design discussions, technical drawing, and the final implementation phase. This comprehensive approach ensures custom-tailored solutions that align with the client's vision and direction, preferences, and budget.

  • After creating a clear vision for the space, complete with conceptual drawings and specifications, I actively participate in the process by providing expertise in interviews and evaluating the best fit for the project in collaboration with the clients. During the implementation phase, I work closely with the contractors, suppliers, and trades to be sure the design intent is fulfilled.

  • I guide clients by coaching them through the available options, ensuring that they align with design mandates. Throughout the process, I prioritize maintaining the big picture outlined in our original design concepts, while also being flexible enough to make adjustments when necessary.   • My design journey began as a window dresser for a prestigious department store (which I loved), followed by four years of formal education and an apprenticeship with an architectural firm. Over the course of 25+ years, I have gained diverse experience in various sectors, including residential, retail, and commercial design. This extensive experience has provided me with a well-rounded perspective and a wealth of knowledge to draw upon in my design practice.

  • I operate on a fee-based structure, which involves defining the scope and outlining the services provided while maintaining flexibility. Any additional scope elements are addressed collaboratively, and charges associated with them are determined either on an hourly basis or as a predetermined fee.

  • Versatility defines my design ethos. I appreciate all styles, focusing on accommodating the unique attributes of each space and considering client needs. I collaborate with clients to infuse soul into designs, transcending spaces—be they commercial, residential, institutional, or landscapes—employing design elements that naturally evolve with project mandates.
